The 2018 Buick LaCrosse Avenir debuted early this month, and positive reviews are already rolling in, citing the luxury sedan’s refined interior, advanced features, and lightweight design. The Avenir luxury trim was announced in 2015 with a concept car, and since then the Enclave has come out with an Avenir trim in addition to the more recent LaCrosse.
The LaCrosse Avenir has a subtly redesigned interior with leather seats in a dark brown color, giving the car an extra touch of class. In addition to premium materials, you’ll also find Avenir branding in the car, and it offers a lot of standard technology too, like a panoramic moonroof and standard navigation system.
With a slight boost in horsepower and a 300-pound drop in weight, the Buick LaCrosse Avenir also offers significantly better performance and fuel economy, as it uses Active Fuel Management and stop-start technology to reduce energy use much as possible. As to safety, the LaCrosse Avenir will offer a wide range of driver assist features, including Front Pedestrian Braking and Automatic Park Assist.
