Almost all of us work better when we have a team to support us. Tell your friends and family about your goals so they can encourage you. You might even find someone with the same resolution, creating a two-way support system.
4. Reward Your Success
When you meet one of your smaller goals, celebrate with something that doesn’t hurt your resolution. For example, don’t go on a spending spree if you are trying to save money or eat a box of chocolates if you are trying to eat healthier.
